This Master Plan resulted from a joint planning process for Alpena County, Green Township, Ossineke Township and Wilson Township. The Master Plan was completed with the assistance of NEMCOG. The appendix of the plan focuses on planning for coastal areas which was a project funded by the Michigan Coastal Zone Management Program in partnership with Land Information Access Association, University of Michigan and NEMCOG.
